Xbox Live - Cannot Join Or Create ANY game!

Having the same problem. Sometimes. Also I have just won two desicions and my xbox saved it and when i went to go to the medals screen it disconnected me and counted the wins in the decision colomn and in the dnf and delvled me! So I should have 71 wins but it is saying i only have 69 showing. wth... |
Everything was going fine i could play and create any match with any setting. player match, ranked match.
even after the last update i could play.
until one day i decided to create a ranked match.
someone joined, we picked our figthers
and then it just came up with a message that said CONNECTING... for like 5 minutes.
and it just signed me out of xbox live and sent me back to the main screen.
now whenever i try to join any game it says MATCH NO LONGER AVAILABLE. OR it tells me nothing is found and asks me to create a game. and when i try with any settings even the default it says FAILED TO CREATE GAME.
every other game is fine. i tried uninstalling the update and reinstalling it turning off the xbox. everything. Am i the only one with this problem???
