The patch DOESNT WORK, I still get quitters and I still get the "invalid" msg.

yep, i got home, did the patch and jumped into my first match with joy. played a guy named kimo1900 spammed subs on me over and over, then when he was tired i slapped one on him and showed him how its done. soon as he tapped he disconnected, and went straight to the invalid match screen. no win no nothing. this was important to me, as i love to sub, so they still disconnect on tapout makin it useless. im very disappointed.

Oh, communication with the the game's online community, fan base and merely showing interest in it, goes a long way... it took 3 months like others have said. But it's a lesson learned, I think things will only get better from here. Thanks.

How well did you guys check your character creation? I started a new carrer and every time i go to adjust the technique category i change the stricking and then when i go into the grappling the music keeps playing but i can't do anything. No menu comes up and i can't get the screen to change. I don't know if this is an isolated incident for just me or if the update caused this.

Yah man i agree this patch is weak. i pride myself on never quiting on people and it says i have 32 DNF's thats some bull****. that must of been all the people that quit on me or something

still glad my copy is at gamestop... when its fixed I may go pick it up

- Shows the old DNF? So ppl quitting on you earlier and it stilll shows the DNF how much ppl quitted on you before?

- If a idiot Quits, u get the win and he a loss.....but no points? So the Quitters can still stand on the top, cause they loosing no points, just get a loss and a DNF.

- Most Fights still laggy as hell?

Sorry to say but i am done with this game online, i was really looking forward to it.

Yep fights are still laggy, and it takes about 10mins to get a game loaded wtf? its goin back on the shelf again until "another" patch is released to give online play not online waiting!

the patch never said you'd get a W if they quit... they'd get a loss and DNF and winning streak reset.

but i'm pissed that there are no bronze or silver trophies anymore making it nearly impossible to freaking level now.

THQ you really have tarnished your reputation in my eyes. I was telling my friends about this game before it even came out, I was really excited about this game. When it released I actually bought a 360 just to play it, and all my friends bought it because of how much I talked about it not even knowing what MMA was. This game was amazing when I first started playing, but once you gain experience and notice all the flaws this game is a complete failure to the hardcore gamers and even casual gamers.

I really had faith that you would clean this game up and fix a majority if not all of the issues that plague it. So how does the patch live up to what it promises in my eyes?.. pretty bad. I still see glitched CAF's at 108 overall stats, still constant lag, still quitters and still constant flash KO's.

You made everyone wait three months for a mediocre patch and yet I am still being faced up against CAF's with 108 overall stats that sub me with 80% of my stamina a minute into the match. Still get quit on and at times still don't get the win I deserve. Still lagging in about 75-80% of my fights. To top it all off, I have a 69 DNF stained on my account because of quitters pre-release of the patch. You have given the quitters the upper hand, they have these immaculate records now and I am stuck with there disconnect stamped above my gamer tag, thanks THQ.

You really had a great game going I thought, but you completely failed. In the future I will not even consider any title created or published by THQ, I will also make sure my friends are informed. Sure I won't put a big dent in your pocket or the few friends I tell.. but I think you have upset a lot of people besides just me. I can almost guarantee EA is going to wipe the floor with you, regardless of what fighters they have and don't have. When you go out of business I will smile and say you deserved it.
