of course all the ps3 players don't have any dnf the quitters are restarting, on ps3 its free to make a new account isn't it? on 360 you have to pay for a new account, some quitters are restarting some aren't.

On PS3, as far as I can tell, post-patch everyone starts at 0 - it has only just started counting them

I agree with you, though; there have been improvements. But, there are still soo many issues that shouldn't have been there in the first place and that is the main problem for me.

When I heard from a friend that THQ was putting out a patch, to say I was exited would be an understatement. I could not wait to see quitters records revealed to what they really are. I also was exited that the scoring system would be to level 200 instead of 100. All these hopes and thoughts quickly changed when the patch did come out. The website says the patch is supposed to fix the flash KO rate, that never happened. Maybe I just had some bad luck, but the day the patch came out I was flash KO'd not 1, not 2, but 3 times! All in a 2 hour time peroid which in my case is like 20 fights. Also I thought quitters were going to be exposed. Also not the case. You may have noticed that if someone quits on you they get the loss and a DNF. Thats great and all but YOU STILL DON'T GET A WIN! Also a friend and I discovered that people who quit do not lose any points. So in reality, it could still be in some peoples best intrest to quit. Let me finish with a TRUTHFUL STORY from today. This is not a lie. I was in a match today where I KO'd my opponent in the 3rd round. Everything was fine until I got to my points screen and I realized I had went from a level 93 to a 92. NOT ONLY DID I RECIEVE A LOSS FOR A FIGHT I WON, BUT I ALSO RECIVED A DNF!!! For the record no the fight had no lag and i always have a good connection. All I am trying to say is the patch is not what it seems to be, and it still has many flaws that need to be considered. Oh and by the way, I HAVE NOT SEEN A REDUCTION IN QUITTING BECAUSE IF PEOPLE QUIT YOU DONT GET A WIN AND THEY DON'T LOSE POINTS. If anyone (THQ) can answer my comment plz. do so.

So, unimportant DNF's aside, when is THQ going to fix this new problem they created with the patch, what with the one-hit kill slam-counter guillotines that are now everywhere? Don't get me wrong, I love winning in the first two minutes by submission, but I also HATE losing in the first two minutes by submission.

I just got the patch for the PS3and the problems others are talking about, like the inability to find a ranked match or after u find a ranked match the connection crashes. I'm wondering if these r just problems happening on Xbox 360 cause I haven't experienced these problems. Also I quit a few matches before the patch came out and it doesn't show I have any quits has any one else noticed this?

seriously, **** THQ and this game. Never again will that company get any of my hard earned money. The only part of the game i slightly enjoyed was online and now that is completely ****ed. I dont expect a patch anytime soon nor do i expect anyone from THQ to read this stuff, ok someone may read it but they surely wont give a damn since they have already gotten everyones money. They will just hype the **** outta next years game to draw everyone back in. Thankfully we can all count on a RELIABLE mma game in EA MMA, besides even if it does have a few bugs they will patch it, and in a timely manner.
