now that's what I am talking about, are you guys planning on resetting the servers as well, if not it's ok but I think it would be better to make everyone start over fresh so that way the people with ridiculous ratios that came from cheating will be forced to either get better, stay offline, or take their losses.

Was it really that hard to make this simple post acknowledging there was a problem and that you are working on a fix? This should have been done a long time ago, and you could have saved a lot of people a lot of frustration and anger. I assume this was only done because of the spamming that was done to the forum last night. It is good that you finally decided to interact with your customers on some level, but it should not have taken this long.

You should really think about how you treat your customers if you want further success with this title, especially since EA has thrown their hat into the ring of MMA games. This year, fans had no choice if they wanted an MMA game. Next year, that may not be the case. Something to think about, especially if you guys care as much about your fans as you claim to.

Glad to see something official finally though, better late than never.
