Bisping Trains With Undisputed
Part of winning is being able to visualize it. For Michael Bisping's upcoming match against Dan Henderson in UFC 100, he's taking that method further by playing Undisputed in his training regime.
Says Bisping, "I've been playing the UFC 2009 Undisputed game as myself against him as part of my mental preparation and I've been knocking him out on a regular basis.
"I've been there, seen it and done it a thousand times and I'm sure when the night comes it will be no different."
